At Dalla'a Kirshak, which means "spoil your belly" in Arabic, we’re passionate about bringing the flavors of our roots to your table. We chose this name because it’s a playful way to express our belief that you should always treat yourself to good food, and we’re here to make sure it’s the best. Every dish we make is crafted with love, using fresh, quality ingredients, just as we would cook for our own family at home. From the rich spices in our dolma to the delicate sweetness in our desserts, each order is made fresh, ensuring you taste the authenticity in every bite. We believe that presentation is as important as taste, which is why we’ve designed creative, elegant packaging that reflects the care we put into our food. Our unique approach combines the beauty of traditional Iraqi recipes, passed down through generations, with a modern twist that sets us apart. Our goal is simple: to bring the warmth and comfort of our beloved cuisine into your home, making every meal a celebration of tradition and taste.

Get to know us!
We are two Chaldean sisters with a shared passion for cooking and a love for adding an artistic touch to the food we create. Our journey began in the kitchen with our family, where we experimented with recipes and discovered our deep love for crafting meals that not only taste incredible but look beautiful, too.
We both have a passion for traveling and exploring different cuisines. Kelly has traveled to 28 countries, while Martina has visited 21. These experiences allowed us to savor flavors from around the world, which inspired us to bring a unique spin to our own beloved traditional dishes. Through our travels, we learned that food is truly an art form—a way to connect, create, and share joy.
Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree in bioengineering from the University of Toledo, and Martina is currently a university student. Despite our different paths, cooking has always been our true passion and creative outlet.
What started as a hobby—creating dishes for our family—quickly grew into something more. We realized how much joy it brought us to see others enjoy our food, and that’s what we aim to do through our restaurant. We love to experiment, innovate, and elevate our traditional cuisine with high-quality ingredients and a fresh twist. Our hope is to share that passion with you in every meal.
